DIGICAM — Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

DIGICAM is a vintage digital camera emulator published by Mark Nicholson (eyepatchfilms.com). This policy explains what the app does with your data. The short version: everything stays on your device, and we collect nothing.

Camera

DIGICAM uses your device's camera to show a live viewfinder and take photos with emulated vintage-camera processing. The camera feed is processed entirely on your device. No image, video, or camera data is ever transmitted off your device or shared with us or anyone else.

Photos

Photos you capture are saved only to your device's gallery (Pictures/DIGICAM). The app does not upload, back up, or access them for any other purpose.

Data collection

The app collects no personal data, no analytics, no identifiers, and no usage statistics. It contains no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs. The app works fully offline.

Settings

App preferences (selected camera, toggles, photo counters) are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Permissions

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address.
