WHAT’S INSIDE

Familiar roots.
Room to wander.

Designed around the Sledge’s oscillators, wavetables, filters and performance controls. Original interpretations, made for this instrument.

001–096 / THE FIRST ORIGINALS

The starting palette

Brass, strings, hollow keys, octave basses and early wavetable experiments. The first 96 project voices, refined with hands-on listening and expression adjustments.

097–536 / 440 PROGRAMS

Analog attitude

Oberheim-style warmth, Roland-flavored ensembles, rounded monosynth basses and virtual analog leads. From gentle pulse-width motion to assertive sync sweeps.

537–836 / 300 PROGRAMS

Digital horizons

PPG, Wave and Microwave-inspired colors: glassy tines, vocal shades, metallic attacks and slowly shifting spectra, shaped with the Sledge’s native wavetables.

837–999 / 163 PROGRAMS

Beyond the familiar

Cinematic atmospheres, bells, percussion, effects and playable sequence voices. Three signature sounds close the collection.

Synth names describe inspiration, not exact emulation or copied factory programs. This independent collection is not affiliated with or endorsed by the named manufacturers.

MADE TO BE PLAYED

A note is only
the beginning.

Every patch has a mod wheel and channel aftertouch assignment: vibrato, pulse-width motion, wavetable movement, tremolo, filter movement or a sync sweep.

Start with the wheel down and lean into a held note. Then explore the wheel’s range. On the Sledge, these controls share modulation depth; a full wheel leaves no additional pressure headroom.

Let the slow sounds bloom. For plucks and percussion, compare repeated notes with the wheel down and up.

BEFORE YOU BUY

Your Sledge.
A fresh starting point.

Developed and verified on a Studiologic Sledge Black Edition running firmware 2.5.2.

Other models and firmware versions have not been verified. This is a hardware sound bank, not a plug-in or audio sample pack.

What is in the download?

The complete 999-program .syx bank, the same bank split into eight addressed chunks, a searchable offline patch guide, patch list, transfer instructions and license. Choose the full bank or the chunks when loading.

How do I load the patches?

Back up your existing programs first: the full bank writes user slots 001–999. Send the SysEx through a suitable librarian over USB MIDI, allowing at least one second between complete program messages. Detailed instructions are included. A full transfer takes about 17 minutes or longer.

Do I need samples or an editor?

No external samples are needed. A SysEx librarian is used for transfer; afterwards the sounds play from the Sledge itself. Sequence patches are playable voices for your keyboard or an external sequencer, not pre-recorded patterns.

Can I use these in released music?

Yes. The included license permits personal and commercial musical recordings, performances and your own edits. It does not permit redistributing or reselling the patch files as a sound bank.

How was the collection made and checked?

Original synthesis recipes were built with AI-assisted programming, then refined through hardware tests and representative listening feedback. All 999 stored programs and forced recalls matched the release data. The full demo lets you hear every slot; individual listening approval is limited to representative sounds.
